JSC NPP Digital Solutions confirmed the status of RESTART LLC as an authorized partner: certificate No. С145/2026-ЦР gives the right to distribute the manufacturer’s telecommunications equipment in Russia. Certificate validity period - until 12/31/2026, the document was signed by the commercial director of the enterprise.
Digital Solutions is a Russian developer and manufacturer of trusted telecom equipment, microcircuits and solid-state drives. According to the manufacturer, the equipment is included in the register of Russian industrial products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, and the software included in it is included in the register of Russian software of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia. What equipment does the status cover?
Partner status applies to the manufacturer’s telecommunications line:
- Managed level 3 switches "Phoenix" — building trusted corporate and departmental networks;
- network packet brokers DS Integrity — preparation and distribution of traffic copies for monitoring and information security systems;
- DS Proxima load balancers — traffic distribution between application and service nodes;
- traffic taps DS Optic-TAP and DS Copper-TAP, network bypasses — passive removal of traffic without affecting the connectivity of the channel;
- unidirectional aggregators DS Diod — data transfer between segments of different levels of trust strictly in one direction;
- crypto routers "Griffin" — secure routing in environments with GOST cryptography;
- DS Unity control system — a single console for the equipment fleet.
Technical specifications, versions, completeness, certificates and delivery times are confirmed by the manufacturer before the commercial offer.
What does RESTART give?
- Hardware direction next to information security and integration. Until now, the group has covered the architecture, implementation, software information security and support, and the network equipment came to the customer through third-party suppliers. Now telecom equipment is its own position in the specification, and not someone else’s area of responsibility.
- Direct channel to the manufacturer. Authorization allows you to work with “Digital Solutions” directly: selection and verification of configurations for the project, technical consultations on compatibility, conditions and delivery times are confirmed with the manufacturer, and not with the reseller.
- Purchasing qualifications. In competitions for the supply of equipment, manufacturer authorization is a standard qualification requirement for a participant. Certificate No. С145/2026-ЦР is attached to the application and commercial proposal as a supporting document.
- Completed competency outline. The FSTEC license (technical information security), the FSB license (transfer of CIPF) and partner status for telecom equipment add up to one perimeter: design, supply of software and hardware, implementation and maintenance are carried out by one company legally.
- Expanding the partner ecosystem. A Russian manufacturer of network equipment has been added to the network of information security vendors and software distributors - this strengthens the projects of import substitution, CII, network monitoring and data center infrastructure.
What does this give to clients?
- Hardware layer in the same contract. A network security or monitoring project is no longer divided into an “integrator” and a “separate hardware supplier”: RESTART designs the environment, supplies the equipment, implements and maintains the solution.
- Transparent delivery channel. Equipment is supplied under manufacturer authorization, and not through a random secondary market: warranty, technical support and software updates are retained.
- Import substitution of network infrastructure. To replace foreign switches, TAPs and packet brokers, there is a Russian line from the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - with confirmation of origin for procurement procedures.
- One competency perimeter. The supply of crypto routers refers to the transfer of encryption (cryptographic) means - RESTART performs this work within the framework of licenses of the FSB of Russia, and the technical protection of information is covered by a license from the FSTEC of Russia.
- Verifiable status for the procurement procedure. A partner certificate is a public document with a number and validity period: it can be attached to the tender application, given to the customer’s security service or lawyers along with the rest of the trust package documents.
