License of FSTEC of Russia
RESTART LLC has a license from the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia for activities related to the technical protection of confidential information and is developing information security as a licensed area of the group. This is important for the customer in projects where the contractor must not only advise, but also professionally work with the tasks of information security, design of secure environments, implementation of security measures, preparation for inspections and maintenance of regulated infrastructure.
License No. L024-00107-77/06731588 was granted on 09/07/2026 (order of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia No. 582-l dated 09/07/2026), validity period is unlimited. Permitted types of work and services - d1, e4, e5, e6: secure design of information technology tools and systems, as well as installation, installation, adjustment, testing and repair of software (software and hardware) information security tools, protected software (software and hardware) information processing tools and software (software and hardware) means of monitoring the effectiveness of information protection.
The status of the licensee is verified publicly: a record of the company is in the register of licensees of the FSTEC of Russia - RESTART LLC card in the registry. The status of the license, a list of types of work and the address of the place of activity are also indicated there. We provide copies of documents and information about the applicability of the license to a specific project as part of the procurement procedure or pre-project inspection.
A license confirms the right to perform certain types of work, and not the compliance of your system with requirements or product certification: compliance is confirmed by survey results, design solutions, implemented measures and documents. We do not carry out work outside the list - for example, certification tests and certification of informatization objects - on our own: in such projects our role is limited to preparation, and the tests are carried out by an organization with the appropriate license.
License of the FSB of Russia (cryptography)
RESTART LLC has a license from the FSB of Russia No. L051-00105-00/05918757 dated 08/07/2026 for activities related to encryption (cryptographic) means: transmission of CIPF, information and telecommunication systems protected using CIPF, as well as means for producing key documents. The license is valid in electronic form and is confirmed by an entry in the official register of the TsLSZ FSB of Russia (verification by license number or TIN 9705056320).
