Context and task
The telecom company manages a large number of property assets, contracts and payments. Transparent accounting requires a unified system that connects objects, contracts, primary documents, accounting and reporting.
What did RESTART do?
RESTART participated in the formation of a unified register of contracts in SAP RE-FX, a register of own and leased property, as well as in ensuring lease accounting in accordance with FAS 25 and IFRS 16.
Architecture, management and control
Integration with accounting, timely reflection of primary documents, generation of payment documents, control of manual input and quality of data on objects were important for a sustainable result.

Effect guidelines for similar projects
If some of the metrics for a specific project are not publicly disclosed, we show benchmarks that are usually used in similar enterprise projects as KPIs for a pilot or industrial launch. This does not replace the customer's actual results, but helps the CIO/CFO/CISO understand what effects are worth measuring.
Registry
KPI - completeness of the register of objects and contracts, absence of duplicates and manual workarounds.
Documents
The timeliness of source documents and payment transactions is measured.
Labor costs
For similar projects, they monitor the reduction of manual input, reconciliations and reporting.
Integration
Value arises when the property environment is linked to accounting and analytics.
Why is this important for the client
The case strengthens RESTART's industry expertise in the telecom environment and connects well with Data/BI, AI assistants and SAP → 1C migration programs.
